The service
- Map Faith is a directory map of Christian-owned (and similar faith-forward) businesses. Browsing is free.
- Listing a business (“Join”) is a paid subscription per location, charged through Stripe, at the prices shown on the Join page (weekly, monthly, or yearly; Founder Lifetime when offered).
Accounts
- One login covers personal browsing and your business locations.
- You must provide accurate Join fields. We may remove or hold a listing that is misleading, unlawful, or outside product rules.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Listings & content
- You keep rights to content you submit; you grant Map Faith a license to display it on the site and in related Map Faith surfaces (map pins, listing pages, home “just joined,” etc.).
- We may edit formatting, moderate, or take a listing inactive for policy, billing, or safety reasons.
- Map Faith does not endorse every business; pins reflect owner-submitted (and staff-verified) information.
Payments
- Fees are billed by Stripe per the plan you pick for each location.
- Prices can change for future periods; we will not quietly change an already-paid period.
- Founder Lifetime (when available) is a one-time purchase with rules on the Join page.
Cancel & refunds
See Refunds & cancel. Canceling a location stops that location’s public listing (inactive). Personal browsing can continue.
Acceptable use
No scraping at abusive volume, no fake listings, no malware, no harassment, no illegal activity. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, complete map coverage, or third-party business outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Map Faith and Mara Media are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
